Each quarter, you have a private 75-minute meeting with a co-founder. These conversations are honest, transparent, and action-oriented. You explore your current operational reality and leave with clear priorities on the recurring work to entrust.
Leadership Gatherings
Every three months, cohort members gather in person for in-depth conversations and quality networking. These gatherings build strong connections and let you explore operational topics in a privileged setting.
Industry Perspectives
You have access to 3 to 4 virtual sessions per year facilitated by experts recognized in their industry. These sessions let you explore concrete approaches to AI implementation and operations in real contexts.
Monthly Operations Mastermind
