Your data stays in your premises
All operations performed for your business take place on Avelle, dedicated hardware installed directly in your premises. Your client communications, your operational files, and your knowledge base never leave your environment. They are never shared or pooled with another client’s.

Each client receives their own Avelle, installed on site. Your data lives on that device, behind your walls and on your network. There is no shared environment where it could be pooled.
The Claude model is called from your Avelle via an enterprise API, under our commercial partnership with Anthropic. The data you transmit is not used to train the model. Everything else — files, inboxes, and knowledge base — stays on your hardware.
This architecture is not a marketing argument. It is the very foundation of our solution. If a competitor puts “our cloud” forward as their main advantage, you are looking at a fundamentally different product.

Compliant by design (Loi 25, PIPEDA, GDPR, CCPA, Bill 96)
We designed Avelle to meet the strictest data protection and compliance requirements. Here is how we structure our approach.
Microsoft CSP Partner
We are a Microsoft CSP partner with Granular Delegated Admin Privileges (GDAP) over our clients’ Microsoft 365 environments. This allows us to deploy, monitor, and maintain your infrastructure without ever sharing passwords or using your login credentials.
All Microsoft licenses are legitimately held in your name, with a complete audit trail of every action. If an insurer, a client, or a regulator asks how third parties access your tenant, you have a clear, documented answer.
Anthropic Commercial Partner
Every Claude API call made by Avelle is performed under our commercial agreement with Anthropic. The data you transmit is governed by Anthropic’s enterprise terms: it is not used to train the model and is not retained for purposes unrelated to the service.
You don’t get a personal Claude subscription. You use enterprise AI, properly licensed, with the receipts to back it up.
Loi 25, PIPEDA, GDPR, and CCPA aligned
We comply with the main data protection regulations applicable in Quebec, Canada, Europe, and California. To do this, we:
• Designate a Privacy Officer
• Provide a written Data Processing Agreement with every contract
• Document a Privacy Impact Assessment for each service
• Maintain a breach response plan that includes the 72-hour reporting window
Our on-premise model is the most direct way to meet these requirements: your data physically lives on Avelle, in your premises and in your jurisdiction. We also provide all the documentation required by auditors and insurers.
Bill 96 bilingual
Bill 96 requires French-language predominance in business communications in Quebec. Our marketing materials, contracts, invoices, and website are bilingual, with French first.
For all our Quebec clients, we adopt French as the default language across all communications, including those handled by Avelle. We switch to English only when the client expressly requests it.
For communications produced by Avelle (review responses, emails, social posts), we can include a bilingual layer in the knowledge base. This option is included with the Enterprise tier and available as an add-on for other tiers. It allows the AI to produce French of equivalent quality to English while respecting the client’s language preference.

The Knowledge Base — your asset, not ours
During onboarding, we build a knowledge base directly on Avelle. It contains the essentials that define how your business actually operates: your history and values, your products and services, your pricing rules, your policies, the tone of your past communications, and the decision criteria for when a human should step in.
Every time you edit an email drafted by Avelle, approve or correct a review response, or adjust a post, those edits feed into the knowledge base. After a few weeks, Avelle sounds noticeably more like you. After a year, the knowledge base is one of the most valuable operational assets your business owns.
The knowledge base lives entirely on Avelle, in your premises. If you ever decide to end the relationship, it belongs to you and goes with you. It is not a tool we hold hostage. It is the competitive moat we deliberately built on your side.

How quickly does Avelle deploy?
Avelle is deployed and operational in your premises in 5 to 21 days, depending on the chosen package (5 days for Starter, about 10 days for Growth, about 21 days for Enterprise). The first service category typically starts producing results within the first month.
What does Avelle cost?
We offer three fixed monthly packages: Starter at $899 CAD/month, Growth (recommended) at $1,799 CAD/month, and Enterprise at $3,299 CAD/month. Each package includes dedicated hardware, all necessary licenses, and all operations managed by our team. There are no hidden fees or billing surprises.
